I am a board-certified psychiatrist seeing adults for weekly psychotherapy.
I completed my training in psychiatry at Massachusetts General Hospital and McLean Hospital, followed by advanced training in medical psychiatry and psycho-oncology at Massachusetts General Hospital. Outside of my practice, I serve as the Clinical Director of the Center for Psychiatric Oncology at Mass General Brigham Cancer Institute where I also see patients in the inpatient medical hospital and outpatient clinic setting.
In my small private practice, I take an eclectic and personalized approach to therapy, incorporating aspects of psychodynamic, humanistic, and existential orientations to best support you and your goals.
Medications can also be a useful tool, and I recommend them thoughtfully when I think they can help.
As your psychiatrist, I will accept and embrace you as you are while also encouraging you to see yourself, your relationships, and your life in new and expanded ways.
